Classes begin in August and end following the recital in May. \nTuition is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks in the month or student absences. Tuition must be paid by the first day of each month from August 2025 through April 2026. There will be no tuition for the month of May. Tuition can be paid online through Eventbrite or by cash or check in the payment drop box in the dance studio or in the Surry Arts Council Office. \nFamily tuition is based on the number of class minutes each week. Family is defined as siblings living in the same household. If calculating monthly tuition for multiple children in the same household\, use ages 9+ prices. There will be a 5% discount if registration\, tuition\, and costume fees for the entire year are paid in full by August 1\, 2025. \nA $25 registration fee per dancer is due before the first day of dance class. SUMMARY:Into the Woods: Winter 2025–26 Trail Training Program
DESCRIPTION:The Into the Woods Winter Trail Training Program is an eight-week course designed to prepare runners for the Occoneechee Mountain Challenge. An informational session will be held on November 20\, and the program runs from November 30\, 2025\, through January 25\, 2026. Participants meet every Sunday morning at trailheads around Carrboro and Chapel Hill to learn trail-running techniques and build endurance. The program welcomes beginners and includes hiking groups. Registration costs $110. \nProgram Details: \n\nInformation Session & Gear Up Night: November 20th at Fleet Feet Durham Southpoint\nProgram Starts: November 30th\, Carolina North Forest\nProgram Ends: January 25th\, 2026 with the Occoneechee Mountain Challenge\nWe’ll explore local trails at Carolina North Forest\, Eno River State Park\, Umstead State Park\, Wilson Park\, Briar Chapel\, and more\nRuns are every Sundays at 8 am. These will be held at various trails around the triangle that will help expand your knowledge and comfort level of running in the area\nWe’ll have options for beginners and more seasoned trail runners\, and we have a hiking group. She taught at Surry County Schools\, Surry Community College\, Surry Arts Council\, and with Crisanthemum Ceramics. She explores color and design through arts\, quilt making\, and gardening.
