Purchase a vendor ticket for the event date(s) you are interested in and fill out the registration form when prompted at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the vendor ticket is purchased. \nVendor Guidelines: \nWe welcome artists and artisan vendors who create their own unique items. No commercially available merchandise permitted. Food vendors must have a professional food truck or trailer. We require all vendor booths to have a hippie / bohemian theme. The more creative and colorful\, the better! \n \nHippie Fest is a family-friendly event. No weapon\, drug\, or political merchandise permitted. The sale of smoking or drug related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. We do not permit the sale of cannabis related items (including pipes and CBD). We do not permit the display of cannabis related imagery or merchandise with cannabis imagery (no merchandise with pot leaves on it). \n \nVendor registration is for artists/crafters and food vendors only (not organizations or corporate businesses soliciting information or advertising products/services). Hippie Fest does not allow the sale of commercially available merchandise. No wholesale items or imported products. No commercial or direct sales businesses permitted (examples include tupperware\, insurance sales\, and herbalife). We do not permit non-associated events to be advertised at the festival. No petitions or politics. \n \nWe do not allow the sale of merchandise printed\, stamped\, or embroidered with our trade name “Hippie Fest”. We do not authorize use of the name “Hippie Fest” or the Hippie Fest logo on any merchandise – including t-shirts and apparel. \n \nWe do not allow the sale of ‘spiritual’ or ‘magick’ related merchandise or services (including religious merchandise\, tarot\, palm reading\, reiki\, psychic readings\, and ‘new age / supernatural‘ items or services). We do not allow the sale of products advertised as having therapeutic properties. With the exception of licensed food vendors\, we do not allow the sale of consumable products (food\, beverages\, dietary supplements\, tinctures\, potions\, smokables\, etc). \n \nNOTE: We are no longer accepting crystal related merchandise. \n \nDo not bring merchandise that does not fit within our vendor guidelines.
