Drawing inspiration from artists as diverse as The Strokes\, John Prine\, Guy Clark\, Tom Petty\, and soul legends like Wilson Pickett and Otis Redding\, Dodson has crafted a distinctive Americana style—earning him comparisons to a “country Bill Withers.” From his humble beginnings playing for tips and tacos at a Taco Bell in King\, NC\, to performing at Nashville’s “The Stage on Broadway\,” recording in Muscle Shoals\, and becoming a festival favorite at Shakori Hills\, Dodson’s journey reflects a lifelong devotion to storytelling through song. Katie and Jason provide sandwiches made quickly for your entire family. Back in 2016 when Katie was completing her business degree\, she was assigned a project to create a faux company. This project sparked her dream! At the time\, food trailers / trucks were not very common in our area. After a lot of research\, they placed the dream on the “someday list”.
