Three lines with 16 characters per line is recommended. \nBLACKMON AMPHITHEATRE or ANDY GRIFFITH STATUE ENGRAVED GRANITE TILE \nEngraved granite tiles make great holiday or special occasion gifts. The Blackmon Amphitheatre engraved tiles are located on the landing in front of the amphitheatre stage. They are $400 each. Tiles in front of the Andy Griffith Statue are $1\,000 each. Three lines with 16 characters per line are recommended for the 12 x 12 granite tiles. A sheriff star may be placed above the message on the statue tile. DESCRIPTION:Register here to be a vendor at Hippie Fest 2025\n\n\nWe have updated our vendor guidelines. Please read all info on this page prior to registering. \nInterested in being a vendor at Hippie Fest? First\, read all of the guidelines on this page before purchasing a vendor ticket. Purchase a vendor ticket for the event date(s) you are interested in and fill out the registration form when prompted at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the vendor ticket is purchased. \nVendor Guidelines: \nWe welcome artists and artisan vendors who create their own unique items. No commercially available merchandise permitted. Food vendors must have a professional food truck or trailer. We require all vendor booths to have a hippie / bohemian theme. The more creative and colorful\, the better! \n \nHippie Fest is a family-friendly event. No weapon\, drug\, or political merchandise permitted. The sale of smoking or drug related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. We do not permit the sale of cannabis related items (including pipes and CBD). We do not permit the display of cannabis related imagery or merchandise with cannabis imagery (no merchandise with pot leaves on it). \n \nVendor registration is for artists/crafters and food vendors only (not organizations or corporate businesses soliciting information or advertising products/services). Hippie Fest does not allow the sale of commercially available merchandise. No wholesale items or imported products. No commercial or direct sales businesses permitted (examples include tupperware\, insurance sales\, and herbalife). We do not permit non-associated events to be advertised at the festival. No petitions or politics. \n \nWe do not allow the sale of merchandise printed\, stamped\, or embroidered with our trade name “Hippie Fest”. We do not authorize use of the name “Hippie Fest” or the Hippie Fest logo on any merchandise – including t-shirts and apparel. \n \nWe do not allow the sale of ‘spiritual’ or ‘magick’ related merchandise or services (including religious merchandise\, tarot\, palm reading\, reiki\, psychic readings\, and ‘new age / supernatural‘ items or services). We do not allow the sale of products advertised as having therapeutic properties. With the exception of licensed food vendors\, we do not allow the sale of consumable products (food\, beverages\, dietary supplements\, tinctures\, potions\, smokables\, etc). \n \nNOTE: We are no longer accepting crystal related merchandise. \n \nDo not bring merchandise that does not fit within our vendor guidelines. Vendors who violate the guidelines will be asked to leave without refund. Hippie Fest reserves the right to restrict sales of any item at staff’s discretion. \n \nHippie Fest is an outdoor festival. All vendors must bring their own tent and tables. Water and electric hook-ups are not available to vendors. Hippie Fest is a rain or shine event. Refunds or transfers will not be issued in the event of vendor cancellation. \nFestival hours are noon to 7pm. Vendors have the option of setting up the evening prior to the festival or waiting until 9am the morning of the event. Vendors will receive detailed set-up instructions via email prior to the event date. \nNote to food vendors: We accept food trucks and trailers only. Food vendors must be properly licensed as a mobile food establishment through the health department prior to registering. There are no water or electric hookups. You must bring your own generator and water tanks. NOT ACCEPTING ADDITIONAL LEMONADE VENDORS FOR 2026 – ALREADY FULL IN THAT CATEGORY. \nPET POLICY: Due to crowd size and for the safety of guests\, pets are not permitted on festival grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS. \n \nDISCLAIMER: Hippie Fest is a rain or shine event. Ticket and vendor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
