Cooler weather is on the way! Chef Dianne demonstrates tips and techniques to create a wonderful heart and tummy warming dinner of your own.

Menu includes:

Roasted beet salad with arugula, goat cheee & walnuts.

Chicken Coq au Vin

Steamed Potatoes

Sauted Spinach

Apple Gallette with Whipped Cream

Like buying a theater ticket, seats in a class are non-transferable (to another date) & non-refundable unless Southern Home & Kitchen cancels the class.

The majority of our classes are demonstration style. Look for HANDS-ON in the class title and description if you’re looking for a more interactive experience.
