We’re celebrating survivors and raising funds for The Go Jen Go Foundation!\n\n\n🌽 Breast Cancer Shucks – A Maze With a Mission\n\nJoin us for an unforgettable evening at Historic Rural Hill’s Corn Maze in Huntersville as we turn our maze pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!\nThis one-of-a-kind event will feature:\n\n🎶 Live Music\n🍴 Delicious Food Trucks\n🍻 A special “Pink Brew” crafted by our friends at Eleven Lakes Brewing\n🌟 Pink lighting in and around the corn maze \n\nBut this event is about more than fun, it’s about impact.\n\n💖 Walking with Purpose\nEvery step through the maze helps raise awareness for breast cancer, a disease that will affect 1 in 8 women in her lifetime. Early detection and support can make a world of difference, and this event is dedicated to shining a light, literally and figuratively, on the fight against breast cancer.\n\n🌸 Supporting the Go Jen Go Foundation\nA portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Go Jen Go Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides critical financial assistance to individuals and families in the Greater Charlotte area who are battling breast cancer. From diagnosis to treatment to recovery, Go Jen Go offers essential aid and hope during life’s toughest moments.\n\n🎉 A Night of Fun and Hope\nBring your friends, family, and community together for a night filled with laughter, good food, uplifting music, and a pink maze! Together, we’ll raise money, raise awareness, and raise spirits, all while having a blast in the great outdoors.\n\nWhat to know:\n-Gates will open at 6:30pm on Saturday, October 25th.\n-A brief ceremony will take place at 7:10 where we’ll kick off the evening’s festivities.\n-Maze walking will begin at 7:20 and be staggered in groups so as to keep the corn maze from becoming too crowded. \n-Maze maps are available for those who prefer not to get lost.\n-If walking the maze isn’t your thing, there’s still plenty of fun to be had! We’ll have live music, fabulous food trucks, and adult beverages on hand.\n-Tickets sold for any other non-specific maze day will not be accepted at this event. Non-specific maze tickets can be used any other day the maze is open to the public.\n-In order to attend this event, you must purchase a ticket from this page for the “Breast Cancer Shucks” event.\n-A ticket provides access to all areas and features of the event.\n-Children 3 and under are free.\n-Flashlights/headlamps are encouraged as the maze paths will be dark.\n-Pets are not allowed in the maze or on the grounds during this event.\n-The entrance to Rural Hill is on Neck Road. We operate a 265 acre working farm that is owned by Mecklenburg County Parks and Rec. Rural Hill is a working farm, historic site, educational facility, nature preserve, and event site. We host events year round and many are fundraisers for the site that help us put on free community oriented events and educational programs for local schools. We also operate as the historic homestead of the Davidson family.\n\n\n\n\n
